Russ Barley AAF AIFD FSMD CFD
Russ Barley AAF AIFD FSMD CFD, is the owner and operator of Emerald Coast Flowers & Gifts in Freeport, Florida. He has been in the floral industry 37 years and has presented shows throughout many southern states. He has been an instructor of floral design and is recipient of many awards including Florida’s Designer of the Year 2002. He is a past president of the Florida State Florist Association and is a member of the American Institute of Floral Design, The Academy of American Floriculture and is a Florida State Master Designer. He was inducted into the Florida State “Place in the Sun” Hall of Fame in 2003 and has received the “Harry J. Killian Memorial Award” in 2001, 2005 & 2006 as the most dedicated member of the Florida State Florist Association. He serves on the AIFD Board of Trustees as the Florida representative for the National AIFD Foundation and is Treasurer for the Southern Chapter of AIFD Board, he also serves on the Florida Teleflora Unit Board , he is the founder and past president of the Emerald Coast Floral Association and he is currently the Executive Secretary of the Florida State Florist Association .


Robby Robinson AAF, AIFD, CAFA, FSMD
Robby is active in designing on design panels, conducting workshops and One Man Shows.  In 1996 Robby was inducted into AIFD; in 1997 he was inducted into CAFA and in 2001 he was accepted into AAF.  He was awarded the Harry J. Killian AAF, Memorial Award in 2002 for achievement in Service, Excellence and Professionalism.   In August of 2003, he was one of the first 14 designers to become Florida State Master Designers (FSMD).  In 2007 FSFA inducted Robby into the Florida State Florist “Hall of Fame, A Place in the Sun. 

Robby has worked in floral retail and wholesale since 1973.  He is active in both Local Florist Association and Florida State Florist Association and he was on the Board of Directors, Southern Chapter of AIFD for five terms.  Robby is past Treasurer for Florida State Florist Association; he is on the F.S.F.A. Education Committee and Education Design Team.  He is also serving on the Scholarship Committee, helps in raising funds for the F.S.F.A. Scholarship Committee. 

Robby traveled to Hong Kong and Mainland China in 1999 and 2000 for floral product development. Robby is currently working as a freelance designer.
