FSFA is led by an elected, volunteer Board of Directors, with each director serving for either a one or two year term, dependent upon the position, in accord with the bylaws of the organization. Elections are held at the Annual Convention in June.
Interested in serving? The Nominating Committee meets during the spring board meeting to consider all prospective candidates and to prepare the formal nomination report for presentation to the general membership. To be considered for a seat on the FSFA Board, candidates must be a member in good standing; to be considered for a position on the Executive Board, the member must have held the position of District Director prior to the election in question.
